Day After Thanksgiving Salad

Ingredients
romaine lettuce
turkey, diced
bacon, crumbled
tomato, chopped
black beans, optional
shredded cheddar cheese, or similar
scallions, chopped
dressing of your choice

Combine and serve.

Optional: Combine 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup salsa for the dressing to make it a Fiesta Salad!
