Brisket Melts

Ingredients

leftover brisket
onion, sliced and sautéed
texas toast
cheddar slices
gruyere sliced
smoked gouda slices
pickles, optional

On a heated panini press, add bread topped with cheddar and gruyere cheese slices, brisket, onions, smoke gouda slices. Cook until heated through and cheese is melted.

On the side, make or heat up frozen fries with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Once baked, top with green onions and/or chives.
