Cafe Mocha Latte

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cups strong brewed coffee or espresso
1/4 cups chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup whiskey (optional)

Heat half-and-half in a saucepan over medium-high heat. (Do not boil) Remove from heat, stir in brown sugar, next 3 ingredients, and, if desired, whiskey. Serve warm or over ice. Makes 4 cups.
