Ingredients
1 can (13 oz) chicken breast, drained
1 can (11 oz) diced tomatoes and chilis
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (4 oz) green chilis
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz) black beans
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, optional
Shred chicken. Do not drain the remaining ingredients. Place all ingredients into a crock pot. Stir. Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and/or tortilla chips.
