Ingredients
1 pkg burrito tortillas
4-8oz cream cheese, softened
2 bunches of green onions, chopped
2 cans chopped chilis
1 red pepper, chopped
garlic powder
*Make the night before!
Spread cream cheese on a tortilla. Add green onions, chilis and red pepper on top. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Roll up tortilla. Repeat.
Refrigerate. Slice just before serving.
