Ingredients
1 1/2-2 lb roast
5 or 6 red potatoes, cut up skins on
1-2 handfuls of baby carrots
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix
1-1 1/2 cups beef stock
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1-1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on High for 5-6 hours; on low for 8 - 10 hours.
